How NamDealsDirect Auctions Work....

Here we will auction off something special every now and again. If you see what you like, you are welcome to place your bid.

Here is how NamDealsDirect Auctions work. Let's call it the fine print, shall we?

1. The current highest bid amount dis played gets updated once a day. So if the current highest bid shows N$200, that amount reflects yesterday's highest bid.
2. Everybody is free to place their bids.
3. Take note of the Reserve Price. Only bids higher than the reserve price and higher than the current highest bid will be entertained.
4. The date and time for last bids will be clearly displayed. At cut-off time, we will only entertain bids that was received before this date and time.
5. Our decision on the awarding of the highest bid is final.
6. The bid amounts include 15% VAT.

Should you be the lucky bidder with the highest bid amount, here is what you can expect:

1. We will contact you and request that you make payment, at which point we'll provide you with our banking details.
2. You will have a limited amount of time to make the payment, before we'll invite the second highest bidder to make his/her payment.
3. Upon successful confirmation of your payment, you will receive instructions on how and where to come and collect the item you bought.
4. In some cases the item on auction would be a voucher, in which case we will send it to you. But in the case of tangible items, prepare to either collect at our offices in Windhoek, or to arrange for your own transport - for own account.
